Orders Not Received
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, VitaminAisle.com is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If you did not receive your order despite delivery confirmation, we cannot issue a credit.
We will pursue a claim with the shipper. If funds are returned to us from the shipper we will issue you a credit. Claims can take anywhere from 1 week to several months and there is no guarantee that the shipper will accept the claim.
Damaged Items
Each package and their contents are checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If one of the products is damaged you may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. Please send an email to: CustomerService@VitaminAisle.com.
After receiving the emailed claim, VitaminAisle.com, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back for inspection. Afterwards, we will pursue a claim with the shipper. If funds are returned to us from the shipper, we will issue a credit for the product. Claims can take anywhere from 1 week to several months, and there is no guarantee that the shipper will accept the claim.
