Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
My wife is breast feeding and this product is just as good as prescription prenatals without any artificial ingredients, like the prescription prenatals. Also, it gives you the right amount of Calcium needed for the day, prescription prenatals do not provide adequate Calcium.
