I take a cholesterol lowering medication that depletes my COQ10 levels, therefore taking this supplement not only gives me energy, but keeps my levels up.

This product is excellent for energy production, but especially if you are on statins(cholesterol medications), because statins will deplete the body of COQ10. The reduced form is more active than regular COQ10, which is still a great product, but some people do not convert it to the reduced form.
