Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I used to get sick about once a month, and it would knock me out cold for a few days. Then my doctor recommended Astragalus because I didn't trust antibiotics, pharmaceuticals, or the companies that manufactured them. That was March 2008 and now it's six months later and I haven't had so much as a sniffle. I didn't take it every day, maybe three times a week or so. I'm buying another bottle of the stuff, so that's gotta tell you something.
